As a New Home Manager for Spectrum Realty Services, Maurizio De Luca is a 20-year veteran specializing in the area of new home developments. His area of expertise includes, but is not limited to, providing unparalleled service and advice to some of the G.T.A’s largest new home builders and continues to inspire and guide his sales teams to achieve the highest level of service.
Maurizio De Luca graduated from Humber College with a Paralegal Certificate, and later completed all real estate courses in order to receive his current designation as a professional Realtor. Maurizio has been with Spectrum Realty Services for 20 years and is an essential part of Spectrum Realty’s new home management team.
